We were happy to renew our participation to the Pépite Cafés AMARC! Following feedback from Renault in 2019, it is Karine Boudia, Customer Satisfaction Manager at SUEZ Eau France, who related her experience through video conference.

Is Customer Satisfaction a clear as water concept at SUEZ Eau France?

A company whose service—drinking water infrastructure—is literally of vital importance may sometimes experience some troubled waters but also, and most of the times, flowing success.

During this Pépite Café, participants were able to discover which solutions are used to have the Voice of the Customer trickle down all the way from a company’s headquarters to the teams on the field. Also discussed were what semantic analysis levers may be pulled in order to have customer relationship flow onto quiet(er) waters.
