Led by Thierry Spencer, loyal facilitator of the event, ERDIL’s 2019 Panel Discussion was punctuated by the three speakers’ feedback:

– Karine Boudia, Customer Satisfaction Manager at SUEZ
The gathered feedback enabled the drawing up of the contours of Voice of the Customer management within companies specialising in different sectors. Four major topics were addressed during discussions:

– Tools for customer listening, ie verbatim sources
– Goals of Voice of the Customer analysis
– Uses of feedback analysis
