ERDIL is domiciled, and all websites are hosted, in France, and copyright is governed by the French Intellectual Property Code. ERDIL has the highest respect for personal data we gather (spontaneous contacts, contractual users of ERDIL services, job applications, subscriptions to ERDIL newsletter, customer feedback, etc.), and is therefore complying to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), formally the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

In the following: the terms « collection », « consent », « files », « purpose », « person », « data controller », « data processor » or « processing » are used within the meaning of Article 4 of GDPR.

ERDIL does not collect any personal data unless strictly necessary (principle of minimisation) for its processing and consistent with its purposes (e.g. operating online services of ERDIL), informing individuals of their rights with their consent where necessary.

Each file processed by ERDIL is stored in an up-to-date register with associated information: purpose, consent, retention period (and annual purges), categories of individuals, types of personal data, internal managers, users (only authorised ERDIL employees), main organisational and technical security rules, etc.

ERDIL does not transfer, subcontract, nor resell any personal data to other companies: ERDIL is the sole manager of the data for which it is responsible. Furthermore, all files are processed and hosted in Europe (France).

Personal data is processed (collected, stored, consulted, used, corrected and deleted) only by authorized collaborators from ERDIL in the utmost respect for technical and organisational security rule.

• Your subscription to ERDIL news, communications and/or events dedicated to Customer Relationship Management experts can be cancelled at any time upon request (with deletion of all your personal data if applicable). Although the frequency of these emails varies, they are usually sent once a quarter. Required data for this processing are (if available): business e-mail address, first name, last name, telephone number, position.
• Concerning visits on ERDIL websites and contractual services: in order to adapt our websites and services and their contents to our visitor’s expectations, we measure the number of visits, the number of page views as well as the activity of the visitors on the website. To do this, ERDIL uses Matomo as a tool for measuring our website audience and statistics, without deploying any cookies. Matomo may use your public IP address, in order to identify the origin (at best the municipality) from which you are connecting. This public IP address is immediately anonymised. ERDIL can by no means identify a natural person this way.

ERDIL is complying to the ePrivacy Directive, formally Directive 2002/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002.

ERDIL does not send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) directly or indirectly, without prior verification of consent and informing individuals of their rights and how to exercise them.

ERDIL does not use trackers (cookies and other devices stored on the client side) on its websites.

ERDIL uses strictly mandatory cookies, only for the management of user authentication and sessions on the ERDIL services (customer area) for which users are under contract (via their respective company) with ERDIL. Users are informed about these cookies upon their first connection (after successful authentication). The lifetime of these cookies is the maximum duration of a session after each authentication (less than 24 hours).
