Corporate Responsibility 2019
Our CSR actions in 2019
ERDIL is proud to announce its support to United Nations Global Compact! This worldwide project encourages companies to think about and take actions according to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Companies which support this project undertake to respect ten major principles regarding Human Rights, international labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption.
ERDIL’s values in everyday life
Responsibility and engagement have always been important principles for ERDIL. Since ERDIL was founded in 2007, we have been committed to ensuring good working conditions, maintaining simple, friendly relations with our current and future clients and providers, and delivering quality work.
We are usually more discreet on these issues because we believe that actions speak louder than words. However, joining the UN Global Compact provides a perfect opportunity to highlight ERDIL’s values and CSR commitment.
In addition to this project, we have also defined a number of non financial indicators to watch: you can discover our 2018 non financial indicators.
Creation of ERDIL’s ethics code
In order to reinforce the values ERDIL has always upheld, we have created an ethics code (in French).
This document details the 6 key commitments we want to embody and defend within ERDIL. It also provides an ethical framework for our day-to-day work with all stakeholders around our company: employees, partners, current and prospective clients…
Our ethics code has been shared with all ERDIL employees, unanimously approved and signed by each member of staff.
(Note: in accordance with Global Compact principles, no employee has been harmed in the signing of the ethics code 😉 )
Commitment to our clients
Through the solutions ERDIL offer, we are glad to contribute to improving our clients’ CSR policies. Indeed, we analyse not only customer messages but also employee feedback.
On multiple occasions, we have analysed employee wellbeing surveys which were sent by our clients to their employees. Also, we have analysed an internal consultation for one of our clients, with the objective being to collect ideas to improve the company’s environmental impact.
Therefore, it is natural and with heartfelt conviction that all ERDIL’s actions are carefully thought out and controlled : from team management to the overall development strategy and day-to-day operations.
We are always looking to improve in these areas and we welcome your observations or suggestions…
