After a successful first edition in November 2023, we will be back in Lyon for a new Closed Workshop on Thursday 20 March! It will be our pleasure to co-organise it with our client APRR!
ERDIL’s Closed Workshops provide an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas with Customer Relationship / CX / Voice of the Customer Directors from different sectors on various topics such as customer relationship management, customer focus or verbatim and feedback analysis.
Discussions on these topics are free, everyone is welcome to speak on a particular theme, share a testimonial or a best practice and benefit from the feedback of other Customer Relationship Directors from various business sectors.
